Hotel La Triguena, Isla Mujeres

The Standard Double Room I stayed in was basic yet very comfortable. It had hot water, good water pressure, and a ceiling fan that kept the room cool. I particularly appreciated the mini fridge and the safe provided, which came in handy for storing valuables. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature during the hot days.

Although the bathroom was simple, it was clean and functional. The shower provided adequate hot water, but I learned to give it a little time to heat up properly. I found the lack of a shower curtain a bit inconvenient as water splashed onto the floor, but it was manageable during my week-long stay.

The outdoor pool was a good spot to relax after a day of exploring. It had limited hours but offered a lovely Caribbean view. I enjoyed lounging by the pool and feeling the gentle breeze while sipping some refreshments. Even though it was a shaded area for most of the day, it was still a lovely place to unwind.

The hotel room came equipped with a television, which I found quite convenient for relaxing in the evenings. It offered a good selection of channels, allowing me to catch up on some shows after busy days exploring the island. The TV added an extra layer of comfort to my stay.
